Four Programs. One Standard.

Every man arrives at a different place. What we build for you depends on where you actually are — not where you were, and not where you wish you still were.

01 · Flagship Program

In-Home Strength & Mobility Training

The foundation. Two to three sessions a week that rebuild the ability to stand up, sit down, carry things, and walk out the door without calculating the risk first.

Most men don’t need to be strong the way a 25-year-old is strong. They need to be strong the way a father, husband, and grandfather is strong — through everyday motion, sustained over time, without breaking.

What it’s built for:

  • Getting up off the floor without pushing off with your arms
  • Carrying groceries in one trip without your shoulder locking up
  • Walking two flights of stairs and still holding a conversation at the top
  • Playing on the ground with a grandchild for more than five minutes
  • Building genuine capacity that lasts — not soreness that fades

Format: 60–75 min sessions in your home. Minimal equipment. 2–3 sessions/week.

02 · Fall Prevention

Balance & Fall-Prevention Program

One in four Americans over 65 falls each year. Half of those falls happen at home — on stairs, in bathrooms, on the exact ground he’s walked for decades. This program is designed so that never becomes your story.

Balance is not a fixed trait. It is a skill built out of ankle strength, reactive stability, single-leg strength, hip control, visual-vestibular integration, and confidence. All of those can be trained.

What it’s built for:

  • Men over 65 who have already had one fall — or one near miss
  • Wives and daughters asking “can we do something before something happens”
  • Post-hospital recovery where the goal is to never go back
  • Anyone tired of holding the railing they never used to need

Format: 45–60 min sessions. 2 sessions/week. 12-week programs.

03 · Recovery Bridge

Post-Injury Rebuild (Recovery Bridge)

Physical therapy gets you cleared. It doesn’t always get you back. This program is the bridge between the discharge paperwork and being fully in your life again.

The problem with most PT: it ends when the insurance ends, not when the man is actually ready. So he’s technically cleared, but he’s still guarding the shoulder, still favoring the knee, still afraid of the movement that hurt him last time. That fear does more long-term damage than the original injury.

What it’s built for:

  • Post-surgical (knee, hip, shoulder) where PT has ended but confidence hasn’t returned
  • Old injuries that never fully resolved — the “bad shoulder” that runs your whole upper body now
  • Back pain that came out of nowhere and hasn’t left
  • Men whose doctor said “keep moving” without telling them how

Format: Custom protocols. 2 sessions/week. Coordinates with your PT/MD when useful.

04 · Ongoing Standard

Standard Ongoing Coaching & Accountability

For men who have the movement handled and want to keep it that way. A long-term coach relationship where the goal is not to fix something but to prevent everything.

This is where most of my clients settle in after their first program. The frequency drops. The stakes stay the same.

What it’s built for:

  • Men who have finished a Stand Ready program and don’t want to lose it
  • Anyone who wants a coach on retainer — someone who knows their body, their calendar, and their goals
  • Long-term nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle guidance beyond just training
  • Weekly accountability without an app pretending to be a coach

Format: 1 in-home session/week or bi-weekly + async check-ins. Ongoing.

Not sure which is right for you?

You don’t have to know. Most men don’t. A first conversation is where we figure it out together — honestly, with no pitch.
